Sprint Overview

This course will put you on the path to achieving the following WWC Criteria:
BF1.1: Data-Driven Budget and Financial Processes
Your local government requires budget and financial processes to be aligned with strategic priorities and performance, data, or evidence. To qualify, please provide an example in one the following three categories: - Expenditures example: The processes for expenditures (operational budget, capital planning, etc.) require proposals, requests, and/or renewals be tied to strategic priorities and performance, data, or evidence. - Strategic Investments example: The process for strategic investment proposals, requests, and/or renewals is tied to strategic priorities and performance, data, or evidence. - Revenues example: Revenue proposals and/or changes are aligned with strategic priorities and tied to performance, data, or evidence
