Performance Revamp Lab

Our partners at PorchLight Insights will facilitate a Performance Revamp Lab designed to help Certified Cities explore how to maximize the use of existing performance management routines and frameworks. This facilitated retrospective and planning experience will focus on how performance systems are used for decision-making and will encourage participants to reflect on what is working well, what should be reviewed, and where opportunities for improvement exist.

The lab will include two (2) two-hour group sessions and two individual coaching sessions per participating city. Group sessions will be primarily hands-on and will support cities in examining existing assets, identifying gaps, and prioritizing opportunities for improvement. Coaching sessions will be held following each group session and will provide an opportunity for reflection and discussion of key insights.
