Advanced Request For Proposal Sprint

Advanced Request for Proposal

Partners for Public Good (PPG) is offering a 6-week virtual learning opportunity on results-driven contracting (RDC) for up to 4 city governments. This sprint builds on prior RDC experience and helps cities strengthen advanced RFP practices through coaching and peer collaboration. If you have an RFP you want to apply RDC principles to and have 3-5 hours/week to dedicate to finalizing the RFP in early 2026, this could be a great fit.

This advanced RFP sprint will feature five (5) weekly 90-minute modules from mid-January through early March 2026, with additional individual coaching sessions for support on a high-priority RFP. Each module consists of both an interactive lecture and in-depth peer feedback. This exclusive opportunity is available to governments pursuing RDC Criteria 1,2 and 4 that are already familiar with RDC from past WWC and/or PPG trainings, and that already have draft goals and a problem statement prepared.

Should you have any questions, send an email to Charles.kargman@partnersforpublicgood.org or evan.karl@partnersforpublicgood.org.

The Sprint will help cities to achieve the following criteria:

  • RDC1: Your local government defines strategic goals & desired outcomes for key procurements, contracts, &/or grants.

  • RDC2: Your local government uses metrics to measure outcomes or impacts for key procurements (disaggregated by geographic and demographic subgroups when possible), & flag when performance is off track during the course of a contract.

  • RDC4: Your local government uses procurement & contracting approaches that incentivize vendors to work toward your local government’s strategic goals defined in the contracts, procurements, &/or grants.

Space is limited, register today!

*Do to the limited nature of this engagement, registration is NOT a guarantee of participation. The Partners For Public Good team will reach out to schedule a time to learn more about your proposed RFP and team and determine whether you’re the right fit for this opportunity.
