Have you wondered how to ingrain data informed and evidenced-based decision-making as a standard practice in your city? This webinar will cover how cities can establish “evaluation commitments” to build and sustain evaluation capacity to improve resident outcomes. The 4 types of evaluation commitments discussed are: Evaluation Agenda, Evaluation Function / Team, Evaluation Funding, and Evaluation Policy. 

By the end of the webinar, participants will:

  • Understand the importance of evaluation
  • Learn about evaluation commitments, their purpose, and their value
  • Identify opportunities to establish evaluation commitments in their cities
