Intensive Overview

Are you looking for more effective ways to connect with vendors and truly understand their pain points? Do you want to build stronger, more collaborative relationships with your vendor community — relationships that foster trust, transparency, and better outcomes?

When vendors have positive experiences engaging with government, government delivers better results. Understanding vendor pain points is a core strategy in improving procurement operations and attracting a larger, more diverse group of suppliers.

Join Partners for Public Good (PPG) for a dynamic webinar sharing best practices for designing, distributing, and analyzing data from vendor surveys. This session will explore strategies for designing surveys that elevate insights from your supplier community. Attendees will learn practical strategies and explore real-world case studies to help them launch their own vendor surveys — including drafting effective template questions, sample outreach emails, and activate vendor feedback into real impact!

During this interactive session, you can look forward to gaining insights to the following questions:

  • Why is it important to engage vendors? How can you build buy-in with key stakeholders to use a survey as a diagnostic tool?

  • What are the characteristics of an effective vendor survey? How can you create targeted survey questions?

  • What are creative outreach strategies? What are the best practices to maximize survey responses?

  • How can you activate insights using survey data to initiate sustainable change?
