When:  Aug 16, 2023 from 02:00 PM to 03:30 PM (ET)

*Will be presented in English with interpretation into Spanish and Portuguese

Have you ever come across a program or practice and wondered if it could work in your city? Do you wonder what has worked in other places to address problems facing your city? In this webinar, we will teach you the 4 steps for identifying and adapting an Evidence Based Program (EBP)—a program or practice that has demonstrated positive results through rigorous evaluation. You will also have the opportunity to meet and collaborate with staff from other cities to put your new knowledge to the test and apply the 4 steps to a guided example.

By the end of the webinar, participants will:

  • Understand what an Evidence Based Program (EBP) is
  • Recognize the benefits of adapting EBPs to their city
  • Learn and apply the 4 steps for identifying and adapting EBPs
